Update IOS compatibility and intro music

Hey,
A modest update on city Blaster. I have added an intro tune and changed some music files into .ma4 so that they can play better on IOS. It seemed to give errors on IOS device so... hope you Apple gamers can enjoy this too (not downloadable just in browser). Enjoy!
